Article: Chef to Cook Advice

Brava, Chef Lyndon. This article sums up pretty much every problem I have with the food industry, and backs up the reasons why I left it. I knew I couldn't give the job what it needed, ultimately. I was good at it and I enjoyed it, but it would've required twice my effort and energy to have gotten anywhere with it as a career. Anyway, sounds like Chef Lyndon wishes more people could figure that out.

Also, seriously, WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL GOING TO CULINARY SCHOOL WITHOUT HAVING WORKED IN RESTAURANTS FIRST? Y'all are dumb fucks. But, uh, good luck with those loans, I guess.
